Vigil Marks One Year Since Deadly Drunk Driving Accident

Supporters gathered Monday to mark the somber anniversary of a young girl’s death at the hands of a drunk driver.

Family and friends gathered in Chelsea to remember Leandra Rosado, 11.

They lit candles to remind them of the light she brought to their lives and left messages on a makeshift memorial wall.

It was one year ago that the car she was riding in flipped over along the West Side Highway.
