Michigan State cornerback Chris L. Rucker has been arraigned on a charge of driving a vehicle while intoxicated.
Currently a player for the eight ranked Spartans, Rucker has been suspended from the team indefinitely and isn’t listed on the team at all while they play Northwestern this weekend.
Less than a year ago, Chris L. Rucker was sentenced to 12 months of probation and 150 hours of community service for assault for his involvement in an on campus fight. His probation officer is hoping for 21 days in jail for the DWI.
