It is Brown’s second arrest this year that is alcohol related. A judge in March sentenced Brown to an alcohol treatment program as well as probation and a fine when he pleaded no contest to a DUI charge one month after his ex-wife Whitney Houston died.
The New Edition singer has had a history of drug and alcohol problems over the years and admitted himself into a treatment program in August after marrying his second wife.
