Gloucester EMS charged with DWI

Thomas Eden Sr., an EMS in Gloucester, was charged with DWI this past Thursday night when he drove an EMS vehicle to a crime scene.

Eden arrived to the scene where a man barricaded himself inside a home and allegedly tried to set the house on fire. Officials then noticed that the EMS appeared to be intoxicated.

Deputy Police Chief David Harkins said that Eden has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated with use or being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.,p>
