A 29-year-old man accused of causing a head on collision that caused the death of another man, has 6 DWI’s on his record.
Kevin Ohagan, the accused, has a history of drinking and driving according to police. He fled a traffic stop and then plowed head on into the car of 41-year-old, Daniel Herring, who was returning from a church event.
Police said Ohagan faces charges of second-degree murder, driving while intoxicated, felony death by motor vehicle, driving left of the center line, speeding to elude arrest and driving with a revoked license.
He was being held late Sunday on $500,000 bond.
